# 币安 63 亿美元被盗后，链上 bot 如何套利：一个 bot 净赚 1,205 ETH

## 发生了什么

2026 年 10 月 29 日，TRM Labs 估算币安在 10 条链上的钱包被转走约 63 亿美元（[BleepingComputer](https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/binance-links-63-billion-crypto-theft-to-compromised-devops-laptop/)，初步数据）。本文只看随后 24 小时以太坊上发生的事。文中时间均为 UTC+8，从 10 月 30 日凌晨算起。

黑客得抢时间：Tether 随时可能冻结它手里的 USDT。于是它在以太坊上拿 4.35 亿 USDT 买 ETH：3.25 亿走 RFQ solver，1.1 亿直接在 DEX 上买。就这一个买家，把 DEX 上的 ETH 价格顶到比 CEX 贵 38%（04:45 峰值）；04:45–05:16 一直贵 17% 以上，整段溢价持续约 1 小时（04:35–05:38）。同一时间，DEX 上的 USDT 跌到 0.918 USDC。

-   最大一类：1,130 个地址把 ETH 高价卖进 DEX，按卖出时的 CEX 价算，扣掉 tip 后多赚约 9,845 ETH；其中大部分是用聚合器卖自有 ETH 的大户，bot 合约只有 66 个。
-   收益最高的链上 bot：[0x45e9b0…fd9215](https://etherscan.io/address/0x45e9b04942176a513b22acc1ced75c34d2fd9215)，backrun 黑客的抛售，净赚 1,205 ETH。
-   收益最高的地址：[0x0cdd9c…e661d8](https://etherscan.io/address/0x0cdd9cbb825212c6cc5b0b36239e94218ee661d8)，卖出部分净赚 1,676 ETH，整个借卖循环实际到手约 343 万美元。
-   价差峰值：04:45，DEX 比 CEX 贵 37.99%；价差窗口 04:35–05:38，约 63 分钟。
-   黑客损失：用 4.35 亿 USDT 买了 160,445 ETH，按 Chainlink 市价算多花了约 7,000 万美元。这是所有人能从黑客身上赚到的上限，实际赚到的更少。

文中收益均为净利润，已扣掉付给 builder 的 tip。


## 黑客的地址

-   黑客主钱包（[0x5227f6…cb2f8c](https://etherscan.io/address/0x5227f603c1ee34ce3c06efe6477003bdfccb2f8c)）：从 Binance 14 收币，再分给下面几个钱包；后来在这里砸山寨币。Tether 冻结的 11.75 亿 USDT 就在这里。
-   黑客 RFQ 钱包（[0x974929…36c762](https://etherscan.io/address/0x9749292d74fd460982d0912ea9515ea24736c762)）：收到 5 亿 USDT，走 RFQ 卖掉 3.25 亿换 ETH；剩下的 1.75 亿经 [0x811f15…a4e84c](https://etherscan.io/address/0x811f15855476156ebf86ba3b84fafb8ceaa4e84c) 转到 [0xaa246b…c654a0](https://etherscan.io/address/0xaa246bf639586a6ba46762d378ce50ca4fc654a0)，在那里被 Tether 冻结。
-   黑客 Aave 钱包（[0x8d5390…b8639a](https://etherscan.io/address/0x8d53903625b8e839b9df4bd28b0efb1cd6b8639a)）：在 Aave 存 6,000 万 USDT，借出 19,762 WETH。
-   黑客 DEX 钱包（[0x0ddf04…20697e](https://etherscan.io/address/0x0ddf0480016e6bcb2c1f5d190d221fba1320697e)、[0x77edef…2ac3eb](https://etherscan.io/address/0x77edef23fbd05921c26fe29fcc3a65e14d2ac3eb)、[0x7aa4d3…03bfd1](https://etherscan.io/address/0x7aa4d3029e4c6a8e916300014ad95b6d6c03bfd1)）：在 DEX 上用 1.1 亿 USDT 买到 38,129 ETH。
-   冷钱包 A–D（见文末表格）：收币后从没转出，合计约 430,737 ETH。


## 时间轴（UTC+8，10 月 30 日）

-   04:24：Binance 14 向黑客主钱包转出 16.15 亿 USDT、16.7 万 ETH。
-   04:30：主钱包转 5 亿 USDT 给 RFQ 钱包。
-   04:33：主钱包转 2 亿 USDT 给 DEX 钱包 0x0ddf。
-   04:33 / 04:48：RFQ 钱包给 Permit2、1inch v6 开了 USDT 无限授权。
-   04:34–04:49：RFQ 钱包卖出 3.25 亿 USDT，换回 122,316 ETH；DEX 溢价从 0 拉到 +38%。
-   04:38：主钱包向冷钱包 A 转出 195,460 ETH。
-   04:47：0x0ddf 在 DEX 用 1,000 万 USDT 买到 3,552 ETH。
-   04:52：0x0ddf 转 1.9 亿 USDT 给 Aave 钱包。
-   04:57–05:00：Aave 钱包往 Aave 存了 6,000 万 USDT，借出 19,762 WETH。
-   04:59：RFQ 钱包把剩下的 1.75 亿 USDT 经 [0x811f15…a4e84c](https://etherscan.io/address/0x811f15855476156ebf86ba3b84fafb8ceaa4e84c) 转到 [0xaa246b…c654a0](https://etherscan.io/address/0xaa246bf639586a6ba46762d378ce50ca4fc654a0)，这个地址已被 Tether 冻结。
-   05:01：Aave 钱包转 1.3 亿 USDT 给 0x77edef；05:06，0x77edef 再转 8,000 万给 0x7aa4。
-   05:04–05:09：0x77edef、0x7aa4 在 DEX 用 1 亿 USDT 买到 34,577 ETH。
-   05:11：0x7aa4 把剩下的 3,000 万 USDT 经 [0xccbef9…6ca263](https://etherscan.io/address/0xccbef95633adb5cd2b5038db5a38d77e726ca263) 转到 [0xb171ca…60c8c3](https://etherscan.io/address/0xb171ca86f82070282138352ff7111b494060c8c3)，这个地址已被 Tether 冻结。
-   05:47：Aave 一笔交易冻结主要资产、把 LTV 设为 0，这时价差已经基本没了。
-   05:47：RFQ 钱包向冷钱包 B 转出 122,310 ETH。
-   09:17–11:32：黑客主钱包走 Uniswap V3 Router 抛售被盗山寨币（backrun 和夹子集中在这一段）。
-   20:26：Aave 解冻；USDC/USDT 的 LTV 到现在还是 0。


## 谁赚到了钱

在 DEX 上高价卖出、在 Aave 里循环，赚的是 CEX-DEX 价差；backrun 赚的是黑客砸盘后各个池子之间的价差。清算、夹子和 RFQ 的收益，大多以 tip 的形式付给了 builder。


## 八种策略


### 1. 在 DEX 高价卖出 ETH

黑客和 RFQ solver 在 DEX 大额买入 ETH，把主池价格顶到比 CEX 高 17–38%。把 ETH 卖进这些池子，每 1 ETH 赚的是「DEX 价 − CEX 价」；再在 CEX 开多对冲，或者等溢价回落再买回，利润就锁定了。

最大的 bot [0x51c728…502a7f](https://etherscan.io/address/0x51c72848c68a965f66fa7a88855f9f7784502a7f) 用 69 个发送地址发了 235 笔交易，卖出 22,757 ETH，均价 2,431（同期 Chainlink 是 2,273），净赚 866.5 ETH，另付 746.1 ETH tip 给 builder，买区块前排。通过聚合器卖自有 ETH 的大户则几乎不付 tip。溢价随卖出很快衰减，最后一笔只剩约 4.8%。

这一类的 9,845 ETH 是按卖出时的 CEX 价算出的账面收益（假设卖家同时在 CEX 做了对冲），不等于实际到手。


### 2. Aave 借 ETH 高价卖出循环

Aave 用 Chainlink 给借款计价，Chainlink 跟的是 CEX；DEX 价格却高 17–38%。按 CEX 价借 ETH、按 DEX 价卖出，差价就是利润；稳定币存回去当抵押，接着借、接着卖。

收益最高的地址 [0x0cdd9c…e661d8](https://etherscan.io/address/0x0cdd9cbb825212c6cc5b0b36239e94218ee661d8) 在 04:50–05:32 连做 18 轮：借出 ETH 走 0x 卖出（$2,390–2,738），USDC 存回。市场冻结后挂 $2,290/$2,300 的限价单，由 CoW 和 0x 的 solver 吃单，买回 12,313 ETH 还款。卖出均价 $2,580、买回均价 $2,298，ETH 头寸持平，约 2 小时落袋约 343 万美元。

05:47，Aave 治理冻结该市场，LTV 设为 0，循环就此中止。资金不是瓶颈：Aave 利用率只从 79% 升到 82%。


### 3. 黑客抛售后的 backrun

黑客通过 Uniswap V3 Router 把盗来的山寨币（PHA、ENS 等）一股脑砸进单个池子，池价被砸低，同币在其他池子（V2、其他费率）还是旧价。bot 紧随其后，在同一笔交易里低买高卖；不用抢跑，也不担方向风险。

黑客 09:17–11:32 从主钱包砸了 30 多种币，笔数最多的是 OGN（99 笔）、RED、CVX、IMX、AXS、CRV、CFG，还有 PHA、ENS、YFI、APE 等。backrun 做的就是这些山寨币：同一笔交易里买进再卖出同一个币，最后换回 WETH，所以利润以 ETH 计。收益最高的 5 笔分别做的是 PHA、CFG/RED、ENS（两笔）和 YFI。

单笔最高的是 10:32 的 [0x998894…fe5269](https://etherscan.io/tx/0x9988946159d207dbc01efe5c57eb392f423e372d3a072ae36a7377c744fe5269)：黑客刚把 PHA 砸进 V3 池，bot [0x45e9b0…fd9215](https://etherscan.io/address/0x45e9b04942176a513b22acc1ced75c34d2fd9215) 就花 50.08 WETH 买入 317 万 PHA，转到还没跟跌的 V2 池，换回 301.48 WETH，净赚 251.4 WETH，只付了 1.35 ETH tip。294 笔 backrun 里 290 笔是赚的。


### 4. 给黑客的 RFQ 订单报价成交

RFQ（询价成交）是大额交易者先向做市商或 solver 询价，签下固定报价订单，由报价方在链上交割。黑客急于在冻结前出货，$2,990/ETH 这种报价也照样接，而当时 CEX 约 $2,250。solver 在同笔交易里从池子买 ETH 交付，赚报价与成本的差额，但要靠高额贿赂才能抢到订单。

最大的一笔在 [0xa861a5…856f36](https://etherscan.io/tx/0xa861a556b73df4e084aca07663d63b26eec33136ed7328712a7418361d856f36)：黑客 7,500 万 USDT 的订单，solver [0xbeef02…f5c555](https://etherscan.io/address/0xbeef02961503351625926ea9a11ae13b29f5c555) 交付 26,227 ETH，付给 builder 1,070.65 ETH，自己只留 119 WETH——约 90% 的价值都进了 builder 口袋。

给持有被盗资金的地址报价成交，就是跟黑客做交易，有法律风险。这和中性的价差套利是两码事。


### 5. 夹子（sandwich）

bot 在受害交易前同方向下单，把价格推向不利于受害者的一侧；受害交易以更差价格成交；bot 再在同一池子反向平仓。这次的受害者主要是黑客抛售山寨币的交易。

典型场景是黑客砸山寨币时：bot 抢在黑客前面先卖同一个币，把池价压低；黑客的卖单以更低的价格成交；bot 随后低价买回，换回 WETH。收益最高的两对夹的都是黑客：10:44 夹黑客卖 RED（净赚 1.9 ETH，tip 60.4 ETH），11:07 夹黑客卖 APE（净赚 0.9 ETH，tip 43.0 ETH）。受害者也不全是黑客，比如 06:35 和 06:41 的两对，夹的是 [0x42cdf0…077810](https://etherscan.io/address/0x42cdf00c85005630cc8605731b9364f712077810) 的 UNI 交易。

这 200 对交易合计净赚 51.9 ETH，付给 builder 的 tip 却有 769.2 ETH。做市 bot [0x1f2f10…6df387](https://etherscan.io/address/0x1f2f10d1c40777ae1da742455c65828ff36df387) 净赚 16.0 ETH，tip 付了 629.4 ETH，更像为排在黑客交易旁边付费的做市，不是夹子。其余 bot 的夹子合计净赚约 35.9 ETH。以黑客为受害者的有 105 对。


### 6. 在 DEX 低价买入 USDT（脱锚）

黑客还在 DEX 大量抛售 USDT。Uniswap V3 USDC/USDT 池中，1 USDT 在 04:50 跌至 0.9497 USDC，05:10 跌至 0.9181，CEX 和 Chainlink 上的 USDT 始终在 $0.999 左右。在 DEX 用 USDC 或 DAI 买 USDT，每 1 USDT 赚 5–8 美分。

### 7. 原子循环套利（跨池）

价差窗口内各池涨幅不一致：V4 与 V3、5bp 与 30bp 池、Curve tricrypto 以及长尾池之间都有价差。bot 在同一笔交易里从便宜池子买入、卖到贵的池子，常借闪电贷，无需本金。

### 8. 清算

这段时间几乎没人被清算：价差窗口内 ETH 的 CEX 价格持续下跌，借 ETH 的仓位反而更健康；公开清算共 107 笔，净利润合计只有 0.2 ETH，38.7 ETH 都作为 tip 付给了 builder。值得看的是黑客自己的仓位：11 月 2 日抵押 5,995 万美元 USDT，债务 19,766.28 WETH（初始借款 19,762.41），健康因子 1.0364。


## 区块构建者（builder）

每个块都由 builder 打包。searcher 付的优先费，加上直接打给 builder 的贿赂，先落到 builder 的收款地址，块末 builder 再付给验证者，剩下的差额就是自留。数据覆盖 24 小时内的全部 7,177 个块。

-   区块总价值：17,008 ETH（约 3,852 万美元）。
-   付给验证者：11,396 ETH，占 67%。
-   builder 自留：5,612 ETH，占 33%。
-   04:24–06:50，前 2.5 小时：8,698 ETH，占全天 51%；其中 builder 自留 4,159 ETH。

被盗之后，builder 自留比例明显走高：searcher 为了抢黑客订单和价差机会，不惜砸出巨额贿赂（单笔就有 1,070.65 ETH），builder 给验证者的出价却没同步跟上。块 26300874（beaverbuild）总价值 1,120.9 ETH，付给验证者只有 479.2 ETH，自留 641.7 ETH。另有 154 个块 builder 自留为负（合计 −14.98 ETH），也就是付给验证者的比收到的还多，拿来抢出块权。还有 508 个块是验证者本地构建的，全部价值直接归验证者。


## 价格：DEX、Chainlink 与 Aave

49 个采样点里，Aave 预言机价和 CoinGecko 的 CEX 汇总价最多只差 0.51%，DEX 却最多高出 38.1%。黑客那笔借款本身就是反证：抵押 6,000 万 USDT 借出 19,762.41 WETH，按 Aave 预言机价算，额度用掉 99.2%；换成约 2,650 的 DEX 价，会超出额度 116.5%，这笔钱根本借不出来。


### 没有一个 Chainlink 节点报出 DEX 价

Chainlink 每次更新，都会把 31 个节点各自的报价写进链上。价差窗口内，两份 ETH/USD 喂价共更新 25 次，合计 775 个节点报价。最高的是 $2,292.87，而同一批区块 DEX 最高价到了 $2,861；节点之间的最大分歧也只有 0.51%。

Chainlink 没有比 CEX 偏高或偏低，而是贴着 CEX 走：全部 38 次报价都落在 Coinbase 当分钟的高低价之间。喂价偏离 0.5% 就更新，最长 1 小时也必更新一次，从节点取价到上链约 20 秒（中位数）。所以 Aave 的价格最多比市场落后约 0.5%，放到 17–38% 的价差面前基本可以忽略。USDT/USD 喂价在价差窗口内一次都没更新：DEX 上的折价始终没传导到全市场价。


### 真正的风险是治理

05:47，一笔交易冻结 Aave 的 11 个资产，把 5 个抵押品的 LTV 设为 0，持续约 14.7 小时（到 20:26）。清算线没动，已有仓位不会因此被清算，但谁也借不出钱：

原报告 DEX 这一行写的是 1.5 亿 USDT 换 52,517 ETH，合计约 7,760 万美元。按链上转账核对，DEX 钱包只有 5 笔买入，共 1.1 亿 USDT；其余的 USDT 存进了 Aave 或转进了被冻结的地址。这里用链上数字。

价差被 RFQ solver、builder（约 1,751 ETH 贿赂）、把 ETH 卖回 DEX 的套利者分走，LP 也从中赚手续费。价格先被拉高，又被套利者压回去；一来一回，LP 库存基本没动。


## 黑客资金现状（截至 11 月 2 日）

-   冷钱包：约 430,737 ETH，分散存放在 4 个从没发过交易的地址里，约 9.83 亿美元。
-   Tether 冻结：约 13.8 亿 USDT，涉及 3 个被拉黑的地址。
-   Aave 抵押：6,000 万 USDT，债务 19,766.28 WETH，健康因子 1.0364。
